Just a little post to let people please be aware of the little things in life that happen & you dont think about seriously. My Neighbor only 40 years old fell friday night & hit her head on the toilet and was fine & Saturday morning was not breathing when her husband woke up she did not make it she died Yesterday morning. Please be aware it does not take much of a hit in the wrong place . They have 3 Kids please keep them in your thoughts.

WOW! Just like Natasha Richardson...

I feel for the kids the most... What a horrible thing.

Sad to hear for sure.

+1 you never know. A friend of mine, from another police department, slipped , fell, and hit his head while he was in Pine Bush, NY. He seemed just fine afterwards. He went out with friends, but when he got got back to where he was staying he didn't wake up the following morning. Jimmy was only 37-years-old. He put in over 9 years with the Fairbanks police department as a foot walking beat cop, a K9 officer and SWAT. He was a very talented musician, artist and father of two great kids. on top of his already full schedule he always found time as a volunteer firefighter at one of the many VFF stations. It's only been 20 months, but it still seems like it just happened.

I'm sorry about your neighbor Kyle, will definately add he to the prayers.

It just makes you thank like sean said I have had a lot of hard hits on my head to & never thought any thing of it except dam that hurt. There youngest kid is 12. I want to see if there is any thing I can do for them but I kind of hate to bother them right now. I know personally how hard it is.

With what happened to me my partner was pleading with me that night that she take me to the hospital , na i will be right well was different story the following day and when i did go to hospital the doc did kick my arse for it .
No one can tell what is happening inside your body , everyone needs to take care out there .

That is a tragedy Kyle, it would be great to do something to help but at those times there's so preciously little that can be done, nothing will bring her back..

To true, just cause you walk away don't mean that you weren't lucky. I've been shot, stabbed and slashed during my life. I never thought anything of it cause I went home at the end of the day/night. It wasn't until friends passed that I realized that I was blessed.
