Looks like the carbs are leaking from the float bowl drain screws. I see some fuel on the boots below the carbs. Anyone know what size the o rings are on the drain screw? Took advantage of a beautiful day and rode to a meeting for work. Dont want to take it apart here in the parking lot. Would like to pick up some o rings on the way home so I can replace them and see if it stays dry overnight

If it's the drain screws they seal by the screw itself and not the oring. The oring is only to control fuel flow when the drains are opened up.

best bet go to the shop and take the screw in with ya and find one, not sure the size, small hahahah maybe get lucky at a yami shop they have it in stock

well there you go, try tighten them up a little......good to know sean.

Hard to tell for sure where the fuel is coming from. I don't see any signs of fuel from the float bowl vents. The left rear carb starts looking wet at the drain screw and below. No signs of fuel coming from the float drain hoses. Looks like it coming from behind the screw head but, I could be wrong.

I removed the drain screws, cleaned them up, cleaned the seats in the carb. The left rear screw is pitted a bit. Replaced the orings on the drain scews. Filled the bowls and now I'm gonna wait to see if it leaks.

The orings I found are 2mm wide x 4mm ID x 8mm OD. They are a tight fit in there. Not sure if that's the right size or not. Seems to match pretty good.

Thanks for the tips on cleaning Dan. We will see if it helps.

I had an o-ring leaking at the float bowl cover, at the screw you remove to change the jet. Look there too.
