Here a few pics and items purchased to do this project plus a 1st grader schmatic...lol

LEDS: (18) 25mA, 3.3v, white 7000mcd, 30 deg
resistors: (6) 100 ohm, 1/2 watt, 5%tolerance( brn, blk, brn,gld,band
circuit board: (2) 1.5" x1.5"
red reflectors: 4x1" rectangular (from Grainger)

for anyone thats ever soldered small circuits, it pays to spend about $100 on an adjustable 900 deg stick, other wise your solder will be crossing into places you don't need it to touch.
To keep it all short I'm not going to explain every step unless asked, pictures pretty much explain it all.
You will have to dremel the plastic cover over the water filler if you use reflectors because they hit. cutting and installing reflectors so they are consistant is a bit time consuming, and obviously the left side of bike opposite the water filler you have to dremel out slots in scoops front.
I choose to use reflectors because of the consistant look vs stained glass or plexiglass, through trial and error. the pics show the actual color of the red reflectors....the white LEDS are so bright when coming through the reflectors it's like a lava color, somewhere between red and orange...lol
