Hey guys,

Spring is upon us here in Canada and I had my bike outside for most of the winter (but it was winterized and covered). The problem is the rear tire/disc ended up not being completely covered and there is now light rust covering the rear disc.

Should I take some steel wool and go at 'er?
Should I replace the disc?
Should I leave it and let the pads do the work for me?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Let the pads do the work. Its just light surface corrosion more than likely

Steel wool will work. I use a pad of green colored 3M Scotch Brite sometimes.

my galfer rotors did that if they sat for more than a day, let the pads do it and check for groves
