Let me ask you this. if they are epoxied to the carb covers how do you have access to the screws to remove the diaphrams for service?

The screws are accessible, just as they were. I removed my own and refitted them after bonding them together.

Very nice, with the brass screens they look better than exactreps..........

Brass :ummm: They are coming across as silver screens to me
Is it my monitor that is off:ummm: Looks the same as Extrep but he mounted his screens near the edge rather than further in Ijust dont like that you have super glue em on I sure would hate to be cruising down the road 80MPH and have the glue break loose they are very expensive to have falling off
Leave the glue to model airplanes

Jedi, you could make a small fortune making the velocity stacks[in different sizes with screens] for the flatsides they are hard to find in aluminum now,Cornel charges $75.00 per stack with no screens.Sudco's main CNC guy is no longer making them.

I want to see the Fork covers on a bike do you have pics yet? Nice work!

I agree, I think he'll do quite well in the aftermarket. :punk:

The screens are stainless steel, the retaining ring is bronze.
They won't fall off, it's not super glue, I used a contact adhesive, stuff we use all the time.

Pics coming soon of all the bits on the bike

I'm defintely interested in purchasing the carb diaghram covers and fork sleeves. Are the sleeves for the 94-07 fork diameter or the 85-93? Also, how do the carb covers attach?
Thanks!

Me to ..... I told you lots of us would want some of what you got .
You need your own sub-forum so orders can be taken instead of taking over your thread . :punk:
