I've noticed that CNN is doing specials like the Weather Channel. Old news stories rather than report anything that's going on in the real world. My father fought in World War 2 to defeat these pig Nazis. He was captured at Anzio, and spent the duration of the war in a POW camp. Russians liberated the camp, and wanted to hold the Americans for a bounty paid by the US to repatriate released prisoners. My dad wasn't about to tolerate being released from the Germans to be held by the Russians, so he and a few others took off. He saw with his own eyes the inhumanity of the extermination camps. If I remember correctly, It has been said that "low cost healthcare" could cost up to 10% of your salary....and still be considered low cost. That sounds kinda high to me.

I think we are missing the point here.

Is he condoning what the Russians did, what the Germans or Japanese did almost 60 years ago?

He is saying to those that understand, wise up, we are becoming a dictatorship type regime. That the US flag is turning into a Nazi flag over night and no one is standing up to do something about it.

His hanging of the flag brought news media to his door, which I am unsure if he attempted before to get their attention. So he went extreme and got attention.

So because he may have fought beside your dad in WWII and has seen the horrors of what that war was about, and now sees us heading in a similar type of direction, his attempt to draw attention to it means nothing ?

I guess I don't understand. My grandfather fought in WWII and at this very moment thinks this country is full shit, government wise and says the same thing. That he fought this type of bullshit in WWII and now we are facing the same thing on our homeland by our own government.

I agree, displaying a Nazi flag makes you an instant dirt bag, no matter what point it is your trying to make...I agree our government needs to be reigned in, and giving the guy maximum benefit of doubt, his methods are extremely misguided and uneducated....there are better ways to make a point without dredging up a Nazi flag........

Too many people died trying to bring that truly evil movement down....displaying that flag could not imply a higher degree of disrespect.....if someone did that on my street I'd probably do a reverse "Krystalllnacht" on their ass...
