Max does not start with gear in and pressed clutch

I have checked and the swith in cllutch master cylinder and the switch in the stand. I have even joined together the two cables that goes to the clutch master cylinder switch. It starts only with neatural. Any idea??

Check the diode block.

Try to search close to the TCI for unit loking like this.
