In a addition what I've been saying for a long time is don't put up with the shoddy service you get in most big stores. Like when you have to wander around Home Depot looking for some one to help you. Every company is trying to get away with as few employees as absolutely necessary. I always make a point of complaining now when I don't get the service I deserve for spending my money. Let all these big companies who put the small Mom and Pop shops out of business, gear up and employee enough staff to service their customers right!
