After returning from Bikes Blues & BBQ in Fayetteville this weekend, and getting our Vmaxes cleaned up, we took the opportunity to line them up for a photo shoot.

Nice looking bikes. How many riders for those:ummm: When I was in my early 20's I had 2 cars, a truck and a cycle all on the road at the same time. I know the poor part.:eusa_dance:

Very nice pics, I see two of those bikes could use some MAXRELAXERS !

The gen 1 in the center is my all-original 85. The black 09 on the left is the one I just picked up the end of Aug. The red 09 on the left is my wife Shala's ride. Pic #2 has our Honda Runes as well. The blue Rune is Shala's, and the red one is mine.

5 bikes = 2 riders.

Buying brake pads, filters, oil changes and rubber is what's going to keep me poor - not to mention Missouri has property taxes on them every year.

Jeff , The MAXRELAXER's are highway bars for the GEN II:clapping:.And they work great!:eusa_dance:Shipped in a small box but adds big comfort.

I prototyped them when I got back from thunder in the valley . They worked so well I had two sets machined One for me and one for a beta tester but they werent cheap! SO now Im looking to see if I can get enough interest in them to go ahead and have ten sets made to get the cost down and make a bunch more vmax guys more comfortable on their max's. they will Accept A 3/8 16 peg and I could have them made to accept a 3/8 24 peg if need be.

Simple ONE BOLT installation, and the ability to adjust peg within a semi circle( up down or forward.

What the heck is a "MAXRELAXER"?

Jfeagins, the MaxRelaxer never was a secret .... just finally ready to review to all. And as a tester, I've had my first weekend riding with them and all I can say is that they are FANTASTIC ! :punk: Rick has come up with a very effective and smart looking highway bar system for the Gen2. :clapping:

Went on a 1.5 cruise using them and NO leg / hip aches at all. Before the MaxRelaxer, I was hurting after 20 - 30 minutes of riding cause there was no other place to put your feet; and I had the Corbin rider peg lowering plate installed too. Would have to stand on the pegs to stretch out or stop and walk around if it got too bad; typically after an hour of continious riding. I'm sold on it !

With my MaxRelaxer, I'm using a set of black Rivco anti-vibration pegs ( about $57 ) that look and feel great (they sell a chrome set about $10 less too). If there aren't your style, there's tons of different peg options out there. Just wanted to give you my initial assessment of the MaxRelaxer. Heading out for a 3 hr ride tomorrow with it !! Rick's spot on when he jokingly said " you want to quickly shift thru the gears so you can stretch / rest your feet on the MaxRelaxer to throughly enjoy the ride!"

Thanks for offering to make my 'new to me' ride more comfy, but I can't imagine ever doing the kind of riding (on the 09 max) that'd make hwy pegs pay off. The longest day I would ever by putting in would be around 200 - 250 miles, and most all of that is going to be 'balls to the walls' riding like we do when we ride outta Eureka Springs, and also what I got to participate in down in the TX hill country this past spring. I already have some of the peg lowering brkts in the making
