Can some of the engine builders out there help me understand the features and benefits of the various V-max motors out there?

I'd like to know the HP, Torque, RPM ranges for the various overbore and re-stroked engines available from the aftermarket and costs of each.

In other words how much bang for buck they offer. :ummm:

Here is my VERY limited input:

1300 Venture motor (stock internals) with VMax heads will give you around 10 additional HP at the rear wheels. That basically stays in-line with a decent running 1200 vmax engine will give you 120 RWHP or 10cc per HP.

Now I'm not sure if that ratio stays the same with the larger bore motors or not, but if so a 1500 may give you 150 RWHP, but there are usually a lot more mods that go along with a 1500 motor like head work, cams, carbs, that I think they usually put more HP down than the 1HP per 10cc's.

I'm pretty sure Sean's 1500 motor put down 165 HP at Topeka last year, but I'm not exactly sure what all was done to it. I'm sure He will post soon with plenty more info.
