I am a fan of this style, Roach was in OH.
The paint is from the Midwest school of painting, Ron Finch is another practitioner, here's a van and that's Ron, the little guy. I've been to his shop in MI, and have spoken w/him at Daytona Bike Week.
Ron builds some 'out-there' customs, and often uses small diameter round stock to create sculpted fenders and other bike pieces.
