I had to leave the Vmax up on jack stands all last week as I was committed to pre-riding some of the day rides for the annual Concours Owner's Group National rally. It was in the fantastic riding area around Deal's Gap and I had to motorcycle camp the whole time...poor me....
Anyway, I got the last two motor mounts in today and can't find one of the rear motor mount bolts. Looked all over the place. I suspect the dear hubby kicked it away from the bike by mistake while parking his own sccot, but fact is nobody can find it and the bike can't go anywhere without it.
Anybody have a spare rear motor mount bolt they will sell me? Or, is this the kind of bolt I can just go find at the local fastener store, is it special or will any quality of bolt the same length and thread pitch do?
Also I need to check the swingarm bearings while it's off, how do I do that? '02, 33k miles....
