Needing advice on how to fix or cover the scratched/Pitting in the Air Intake Covers, 2000 Vmax. Should I use a wet sander like body work cloth or powder coat them, or get them chromed.

Needing advice on how to fix or cover the scratched/Pitting in the Air Intake Covers, 2000 Vmax. Should I use a wet sander like body work cloth or powder coat them, or get them chromed.
welcome fellow Virginian I would use aircraft paint stripper to get the clear coat off then wet sand and polish to your liken or chrome or get powder coated ..
