Needle and missing washer

I was moving the circlips up one notch. On one needle, it was missing to washer on side close to blunt side. What issues, if any, running it that way.

The washer that sits on top of the circlip (between the blunt end and the circlip)?

The spring sits on top of that washer, then the big plastic screw.....as long as the spring doesn't hang up on the circlip you should be ok. Also, I have plenty of them.
 
Yes, berween circlip and plastic screw. Figure its not had one so should be ok.
