New rear end

I was always bored with the V-Max rear fender and square taillight, so this is what I did.

Cateye taillight installed on the reflector bracket, custom tag bracket mounted on grab rail. I wanted to use a side mount bracket/light, but had clearance issues with my Cobra exhaust. Next up.... fatter rear wheel/tire, lower rear end. My drag bars will be here next week:banana:

Nice mod. Was thinking about doing pretty much that same thing....glad to see a finished product.

Question if you don't mind me asking. Was it any problem mounting the tail light up in the grab bar like that? By the looks of it, it shouldn't be a problem....just wondering if there were any surprises. Also would like to know how much of a rooster tail you get if your caught in the rain? I have a feeling the 'ole backside might get a little wet.
