Looks like it was stored inside, from the cosmetics. It should detail-out nicely. From the ad, sounds like someone got a little-used bike from an estate sale, got it running, and is looking for a flip. Or someone who's had the bike idle for a long time (replacement of tires, battery, and carb cleaning suggest that) decided to get it back on the road, and did that, and is now trying to recoup the bill. The clutch shouldn't have required replacement but who knows, if the receipts are there for parts from a reputable shop, I suppose a new clutch is a good thing.

I like that stock color.
