So when cruising with no load. The transition always has a hick-up or stutter. As soon as load is put on it. No problem. Doesn't matter what speed. The transition always has hick-up. Any suggestions?

Buy a set of synchronization gauges and use them. You don't need an expensive set. I use a 40+ year old set of analog gauges referred to as 'bourdon tube gauges' and they work fine.
This set is $57 and it has many adapters for different carbs/bikes.

Also, follow the factory shop manual directions for adjusting the air bleed screws beneath the bottom of the CV caps for the carbs.
