OK, I think that it is obvious that I have oil leaking out of the #1 cylinder exhaust port, but what is the cause? Is it a piston ring, valve seal or something else? This is new territory for me. Will I need to be removing the engine to investigate and remedy? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

In the attached video, about 2 seconds in, you can see a drip of oil coming out from the bottom side of the #1 cylinder exhaust flange.

TIA

Is it smoking on that side, assuming you have 2 exhausts?

Time for a compression test, I'd say. Hearing a leak of air from the exhaust would suggest a bad exhaust valve.

Thanks Fire-medic. I'll attach a few exhaust vids. The nuts holding the exhaust flanges (both cylinders #1 and #3) on were barely more than finger tight. The exhaust work is "custom;" and, so far I cannot disagree with that :D The video where the oil is leaking from the join, this is where exhaust pipe #1 joins to #4.

It looks to be smoking out the right-side pipe. Not a good sign. I would give it a compression test and see how much difference there is between cylinders.
