This is a 2001 max that I modified back in 2003. I built a new swing arm @5-1/2" longer, used a new ford mustang rim with a 7020 grade aluminum hub, wrapped with an avon 250 tire. Since then I have replaced the front fork springs with progressive springs, installed frame rigidity bars, foot pegs, K&N filter, custm exhaust (3) sets, V-boost swith & a few other odds & ends. The motor is stock inside & it's been a great bike. Took it to DEALS GAP nine (9) times.

Nice looking bike. I'm sure plenty of people would be interested to see how you did the rear modifiocation. it also looks like you have a conventional motorcycle tire on the rear car wheel. Typically that's not very safe as the bead locks (which keep the tire on) are located differently. You need to get an early model front wheel now which will more closely resemble the rear wheel you have.

Excellent work, Bike looks great! Thanks for the pictures, Spurs :punk:

I like it!

Yup. 1985 chromed front would look good.

Pics of the swing arm build would be cool.

Welcome to the forum. Dramatic entry. Most come a forums with a boat load of questions. You come with one Bad Azz Bike.:biglaugh:

Nice Pictures,
Dave

Welcome and you have built a very nice looking swingarm / rear wheel combo. How much did you widen the rear to make the mustang wheel fit ? A mustang front wheel / look alike would be awesome . :clapping:

Welcome aboard! Haven't seen your bike in a year or two, think the last time was at Haugen's in 2008 some time. Was a different colour last time I saw it, unless these pics are older than the current paint job.
