Hey guys Ive had you help me on several problems,Even downloaded a book,In this case nothing i do is working,Ok here it is i go on google chrome everything is ok,I go on internet explorer,The screen size is huge .Cant see the bar at the bottom,Cant x out at the top all the info is big The book dosent mention anything about this condition,As of now i use chrome.It used to do this rarley but now it,s constant only on enternet explorer,I tryed to adjust the monitour screen size made no diffrence.:bang head::ummm::bang head::bang head::bang head:

Open IE and hit F11, that should put it back in Windowed mode instead of Full screen mode.

If that doesn't work try Ctrl + 0 which will return the screen view to 100% (i.e. you may have zoomed in - Ctrl + +)

Or hold down Ctrl and the negative sign (-) simultaneously

FYI this normally happens when using the scroll wheel on web pages. If you hit Ctrl while scrolling it will zoom in and out. Glad you got it back!
