Question on bike center line

Looking at doing a custom rear wheel conversion.
Have a spare swing for mock up, question is,
Is center line of pivot tube the center line of the bike? If so is the rear wheel center line the same? Looks like the wheel is offset to the right of the swing. I currently do not have a stock wheel to put in it.
Anyone have a bent run they want to donate for mock up?

The rear wheel is offset from the centre line which is not uncommon for shaft drive bikes.

It is offset to the Right just a little. Old trick was to buy a second RH side adapter and use it to offset the arm back over to the left just a little bit.
