Quick release backrest

Is there a quick release backrest available for the 2005 max? I've been searching the net with no luck. Appreciate any response. Thanks,

from what i've heard HAC is the closest you'll get

the HAC with some minor modifications

or

a corbin seat with the corbin backrest

and

there is a driver seat backrest available, but i assume your looking for the passenger

Nightmare, there's one on ebay right now. I just got mine and overall happy with it, but it does have some finish issues, ie: rough casting and unpolished sections, but mine will get powdercoated anyways.

I agree. I just got my backrest from RicePaddy and it was decent quality. I too got mine powdercoated. But it was also a better deal than through HAC. Cheaper shipping and cost less in general. It's a simple 4-bolt removal.

Ive had mine about a week , dont like the rear of it tho so im modding something up as we speak . It will finish it off nice .
The sissybar is sturdy too , had missis on back for 4 hours yesterday no worries big improved . She was even still on there went i got home too .:rofl_200:
