I finally installed a set of radial masters with shorty 6 positions adjustable levers.

The feeling is really great, now I finally know what it means breaking with just 2 fingers with the R1 calipers. the Clutch is effortless and I can switch gears easier and faster than before

Did I say it's a perfect fit for an affordable budget (around 150 usd for the 2 masters almost new, CNC adjustable levers and reservoirs).

Thanks Przemek for the information provided and the inspiration :)

Pictures will come, it's already dark so better to wait until tomorrow.

Here are the pics, hope they are clear enough.

For the details:
2006 Zx14R Nissin clutch and brake master cylinders (from ebay)
Reservoirs and levers from Fire Dragon Brothers (ebay).

NP!

Thats a very good mod to do. I will never go back to stock masters.
Im using stock(zx14) levers as they're fine for me.

And yep, You can brake with just 2 fingers.
Evryone ever performed a "stoopie" on v-max? Well, I did LOL :biglaugh:

The nice billet reserviors will come with next winter session!

Diablo tin:
Can you tell me where you got those from? I like that they are nice and small and don't take up alot of room on the bars.

The plastic reservoirs make it look kinda cheap, IMHO.

It looks better in real. They look better than usual plastic stock ones.
The caps are CNC chromed type and the bracket is in aluminium.
It's still not the best but the result is pretty decent.
I'm already checking on getting some billet ones for the front and rear from Germany.

But I agree there is still way for improvement :)

The master cylinders are second hands I got from ebay.
The other parts are also all coming from ebay.

for the masters check here

for the levers and reservoirs check here.

Levers are really perfect although they are cheap.
For the reservoirs, it may not be the best but for the price they are really just fine.

being a 1/2" vs stock 5/8", whats the pressure/feel like?

I know that website, they have good stuff but they're quite expensive.
You should check ebay, you can exactly find exactly the same models for less that half the price.

I forgot to say there is no mirror mount on these masters.
Either you get a extra set of mirror clamps on which you attach them or else you can also attach them on the clamp of the masters (what I did).
I saw it's still possible to get a master clamp with the mirror mounts, exactly like some other nissin master cylinders.

I never liked the bar-end mirrors but I said Id give a try.
No I dont want any diffrent mirrors LOL :worthy:

Looks like KJ was right...

I'm using bar end mirrors but not exactly the same than you guys, so the lack of mirror mounts was not an issue.
With the drag bars, I don't find it amazing although I find it better than many mirrors I tried.
I'm planning to try wider bars soon, I might have a different feedback.
