Raise the rear shocks?

I'm a 200 1b rider, what should the settings on the rear shocks be. Can I also raise the height of the back from the rear shock as well?

There's no height adjustment per say but if you increase the preload the sag will be reduced whilst sitting on the bike...:thumbs up:
