We were talking at work today and the long forgotten memory of it sprang back into my mind......I loved this magazine when I was a kid.......

I remember the Crass and Bernie episodes in CarToons. I'm pretty sure the memory is right...I could be wrong.

But the episode that comes to mind is that '69 Nova they had. Bernie got beat and put a blower on it, and "Low, lower gears, yes sir!"

The grip was so good the ass end of the car outran the front of the car and turned it into an accordian.

Old Crass said, "Now THAT is what I call traction!"

When,I was little I watched Speed Racer.Loved it too.I tried to watch it a few years back on MTV and it was so damn stupid I couldn't even watch it.Now they have a new movie that looks dumb as hell too.Totally different.

Can't they think of anything new anymore?

It certainly wasn't the script that kept us watching. It was our imaginations that did.

I wound up buying a '97 30th anniversary camaro z28 that is white with orange stripes and it took me a while to realize I unknowingly bought a modern day version of the Mach 5!
