Reservoir tank cap

Does anyone have the part number for this? My reservoir tank cap is cracked on the side. Not sure how dangerous this is, but I'm going to replace it. I'm having a hard time finding this part. Thanks!

and the gasket if you need it is:

I can tell you who not to buy one from, & that is [email protected] that miserable SOB sent me a cap that he said was in absolutely fine condition, it was a totally useless busted piece of sh*t wich he filled the top of it w/ some sort of epoxy so the breather hole was completly sealed shut. It was a twisted mangled worthless POS. No amount of emails of attempts at makeing him feel guilty or ashamed would work. Iv'e been warning everyone I know about him.
Thanx for letting me rant, these caps sometimes just don't hold up very well, just buy a new one and be done with it.

Yea, they are cheap enough new and I think I even have one on hand.
