Costco Rocks. Most people don't take advantage of their return policy in that way but some will.

This lady is a little wacky, but if they allow it, it'l happen. It always amazed me that Lands End will take clothing back. Ripped, worn out, whatever. Of course, Sears is also going down the tubes fast.
Then we have good old Snap-On. They charge premium prices but won't replace a screw driver handle. Just the bit. I'm glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. I look at all the expensive SAE tools in my box and want to make metal art out of them.
