Since my accident about too monts ago ,my max drops about a half an inch when i turn it to the right .Back straight ok.Turn left dosen't drop.Im looking down at the kickstand in the down position.Put a small block of wood under it stood it upright turned it right it dropped.Seems ok up to 85 or so.Tryed to check front to rear alingment,I belive. Is rear tire offset??? To the right? Is that normal.Would someone do the steering thing and see if this is normal. And is the rear offset becuase of the shaft drive.Or am i unknownly taking really good drugs,And this is a side effects.Any help would be apprecaited.or any input at all.THANKS and hope my grammar isn't to bad.:ummm:

It is offset to the right about 3/8". Its that way from the factory.
I don't know about the dropping, but it makes sense. Let me run out to the garage and have a look-see real quick.

Well hell, as many miles I put on it, I never noticed it before. Mine does seem to drop a little when I turn the bars to the right. I'm willing to bet it's the offset.
I can't tell if the centerline of the bike is doing the dropping or just the bike copping a slight lean. It's sitting in front of my truck, next to my furnace so there isn't room for me to get on the right side of it to tell if the drop is centered.
Not going to sweat it, though. Next summer will be season #5 with it and with the exception of busting some driveshafts, I've had no problems.

I'll try and check mine later but now that you mention it the bike always seemed to 'turn down into' a right hand turn and stay level on a left hand turn.

I think it may be a normal condition Terry but maybe keep an eye on tire wear just for insurance.

thats why i can turn left better then right on the tight turns :ummm:

I always feel more comfortable in left turns... I always thought it had something to do with being right handed and assumed leftys like to turn right...

thought it was more a gyro thing with the shaft drive, or scared to fall on the right not left hahaha

Perhaps I'm not as sensitive towards it but my bike doesn't feel it drops on the right hand turn. Left hand turns are easier with it but I haven't tried making many tight left hand turns. This would only occur during a U turn for me but I guess I can try to play with it in a parking lot.
