It looks like a late model OEM R/R. It will work on any 1st Gen VMax or you can hard wire in an R1 R/R also.

I don't think it is OEM. This guy sells aftermarket items. Probably made in China.

Looking carefully at the photograph, it seems to have a black wire in the harness. This is good, as you will be able to run it directly to battery ground side to eliminate having it ground through the bracket and footpeg mount.
I'd run the red wire directly to battery positive, also. This will eliminate the need for the "crimp fix" and other "corroded connection" problems.
