Any idea where I can get a set of rubber bushes and the steel sleeve for each end of the stock shocks? Looked on the Yamaha parts web and they dont show them.

Not available normally. They are permanently glued in (but can be removed with some effort). Might be able to make an aftermarket set of shock rubbers fit but not really sure.

i would call pinwall cycle and see if they have any wrecked rear shocks to be honest. then ask them to remove 'em. that is if sean doesn't have 'em.
 
do you have a machine shop connection? You could have someone make the bushings on a lathe in a matter of minutes out of polyurethane or delrin. Then drill it out and install the old metal sleeves.
