He should be flogged until death for even having her on the bike like that in the first place, (let alone with no helmet being on her of course) than not even having the brains to turn the bike off while she's still on it!!! Words can't express the level of stupidity here and like you said, stupid people shouldn't be allowed to breed.... Unfortunately, there are more "stuipd" folks that make up society as a whole than there are "smart" one's, so get used to it... You'll see it again-and-again.... :damn angry:
