I think I may have found a solution.. Now I am sure these things come in different colors but I picked this one thinking it would match the color of your VMAX.

i assume you have the bag for the laptop? i know my cortech bags came with extra straps so if i really wanted, i could probably jerry-rig something up with my laptop bag to sit on the back the bike.
