Sorry was going riding in Florida

Like I said I usually go riding weekends and I will post here. But damn it got cold again and don't feel like bundling up..cold in South Fl is 50's....WTF it was high 70's yesterday.

I started out for a ride today too. I made it to a friends house and sat there for hours... No ride for me either... Florida's Cold.......:bang head:

50 degrees and you guys are crying:confused2:, its gonna be -15 here tommorrow morning,last week it was 38 so I rode my sons zx6 to work. I cant wait untill its 50 here ,maybe by then I'll have had time to do some work on mable:bang head:. any way I be thinkin of you guys next time Im snowblowing a foot of snow out of my driveway :biglaugh:

Florida's near 100% humidity, it just rained for the better part of 24 hours... That and a 30 mile per hour wind take their toll with the chill factor... With no humidity and less wind, this would be nothing..:biglaugh:

I rode in Colorado one time with a rain suit over my uniform. When I got off the bike it shattered into quite a few pieces.. The Guards at NORAD made me put my bike inside the guard shack...:rofl_200:

70 in Phoenix today. Warmer in the next few days. Still nice jacket weather. Mesh soon.

The VMax is on blocks again getting some more TLC. I'll have it together tonight.

(I'd better, going out tomorrow on a long ride).

My kids live up north with KJ, I've said this before, they went on vacation over Christmas so the kids were out of school. Left Fairbanks at -40 and arrived in Vegas over 100 degrees warmer... Those folks can really complain... But they have too much fun in Ak. to *****... It's beautiful..

I'm a transplant from Michigan a long time ago. My blood went from 90 weight to 5w-30 over the years...:rofl_200:

LOL, I don't even put my liner in for 50 degree weather! -9 right now and a fresh 10" of snow over the last 24 hours, very beautiful time of year but I'll be ready for it to end by Feb 1!
I hear ya Chuck, you have love Michigan for it's seasons although winter/ spring could be a couple months shorter, just add them to the summer!:eusa_dance:
Update 1/23/11: -30 overnight but no more snow. There are clear blue skies with a bright sun reflecting of the fresh white snow but it's still -18 at 11:30am.

Although it's pretty warm here this week. Mid 20's. Better than the -11 on the way to work Thursday AM.
