Spark plug wire loose on coil

Hey guys I'n the factory coils are there any rubber grommets that go inside the screw on cap that closes and clamps down on The plug wire or are they just pushed in and held in, mine don't take a whole lot of effort to pull out of the coil, I know the plug wire boot is corkscrewed but not the coil if anyone has any ways of keeping these in better let me know please, and no I don't want to spend the money on aftermarket cops

Also my bike is all stock all stock jetting, should there be any washers underneath the needle besides the white washer with the tit on it, I guess my question is did it come from the factory with any washers underneath the needle
