From the feedback of the seller it needs an extra plate (metal or plastic fiber) to avoid the dirt. I saw some others which are opened under but some are fully closed.

What about yours guy ? and where did you get yours ?

That's cheap enough (far cheaper then the one we have for sale.) I would bet that for that price it doesn't have the under filler.

I could be wrong but it appears the source is from Asia ( it says shipping from Asia) which makes me suspect it could be made from the same guy who makes the side covers from Singapore from memory.
I did order some side covers from the guy in Singapore on Ebay awhile ago. I was disappointed with the quality of them and got my money back.
