Hello

I wonder what is wrong with the idle mixture is so thin that the mixture meter goes really skinny? Some gas and the full throttle is ok.

so you are having part throttle issues?? or setting the A/F screw??

Idling mixture is lean. Air screw is 4.5 turns open.

Sounds like you have to do some carb cleaning of the pilot jets as well. Paska!
