Starting question

I have a question for the higher compression or bigger motors, we the motor is
Hot like after a ride is it hesitant to restart like after stopping for gas?
I have the new 4 brush starter and odyssey battery but it may not have been fully charged from sitting? Running the 1500 TM with 11.3 compression and cams

Provided that charging system is good I wouldn't be surprised that it has a little trouble because of the compression or how the cams are set. A lot of guys on here have had that problem on stock motors. Has it ever not fired up on you or does it just crank slow after ride ?

no just cranks slow, just talked with john at pcw and he said that will be normal for a couple of hundred miles being everything is so tight and new

My 13:1 CR 1540cc occasionally is cranky to start in the situations you describe, but its cranks quite speedily when it happens so I was guessing carb issue.
