Did the F#$@#@$%$^&&%$ who designed these things ever SEE a Vmax.......

WTF?!?!?!?!?

Right side goes on like a glove.....5 minutes........

Left side......1.5 hours and still fighting with it..........

It's an inch and a half off!!!!!!!!!:damn angry::damn angry::confused2::damn angry::bang head:

shouldn't be that bad... did ur header pipes get bent?

Well......I thought the right side went on like a glove.....until I realized it hits my F!%^^&$$%%^ shock......

What bike were these designed for........

These are the most poorly designed and engineered pieces of **** I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to install on a piece of machinery......

And I used to work for GM.....I am used to having to make stuff fit.....:damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::damn angry::confused2:

I have done more damage to my bike trying to force these things on than I EVER have riding it......

All right.....they are on......not as deep as I had hoped........but they sound GOOD!!!!!!!

Yes it was worth the effort........

NaughtyG........I hope you like the Jardines......after hearing the 'Trapps I don't anymore.......

However I seem to run rich with the 'Trapps and I did not notice any difference with the Jardines.......

I am currently BBQing dinner......will take it for a test ride afterwards.......

You'll run rich with them. I had trapps with 11 discs per side. As soon as I rejetted to 147.5's it woke right up.

When I sold my trapps, I included the jets to the new owner. It was a very positive rejetting result.

I was hoping I would be the exception to the rule.....

The Jardines ran great without any adjustments.....

I am going for a ride.......we shall see what happens:confused2:

Amazing you had such a hard time fitting those Trapps - I found them quite easy - they literally just 'slipped on' :biglaugh:

You should try refitting the OEM ones one day - now THAT is impossible!!

I'm glad you like the sound - it is a very lovely V8-like blurb but it's just too loud for me. I think the Jardines will be just about right - I can't wait! :worthy:

I too found I was running a bit rich with those on compared to OEM, and that was with just 6 or 7 disks. Glad to hear I shouldn't have to do anything with the Jardines - although my bike ran pretty fine with both.

NOTHING in recent memory is as funny as that facebook chick:rofl_200:

I have Trapps, the plates seated right on top of each other with no room for the gasses to get out, so i took them off for a few rides and then put them back on with washers en between the plates to space them out. Seemed to work good, until, now i have some kind of valve problem. WTF?

Any knowledge on this situation?
