Tachometer

I have noticed when i start up my bike cold that the tach takes about 10 seconds to move what can this be ? once its warmed up its fine and works normal.

Electrics.. prolly a corroding connection some in the tach circuit?

maybe the tach itself? remember bob had an issue with his son in law's bike's tach?

those lil connectors behind the tach get awfull rusty...my temp guage was doin that till i cleaned em up. i cleaned all of em while i had it off.

If I give her a quick rev to 2or 4 grand it responds but at idle it doesnt move .
