I think its Cable, Throttle 1,

On the fiche, it looks like you are correct. That one has the adj nut at the top, nearest it's cable end, while the other one (#2) has it's adj nut down lower, away from it's end & away from the attachment bracket & screw.

The one you have circled in red is #(6)-1FK-26311-00-00 and the other one is#(7) 1FK-26312-00-00----according to the page 20 of 83 in the manual below----
