Attached are three PDF's that show VENTURE handle bar switches being disassembled and cleaned.

Why three you ask, the clutch side I am fairly sure is the same as the Venture. The throttle side I am not sure about. It might resemble the 86-93 switch with the cruise control button in it. I think the VMax use it for the fuel reserve switch.

Anyway, these are as usual, reference only, I have only ever walked by a real VMax.

Also attached is a file showing the front & rear brake & clutch switches being cleaned.

They may have a copyright notice on bottom of page. I am the author of these, so I can post them here. This was done before I saw the light.

I am doing some troubleshooting on my bike and saw this set of instructions, v. clear, concise, and great photography. I may try this as preventative though I do not expect this is the source of my issues I am hunting. I am going to post a new thread about chemical, media blasting, and grinding to clean pieces.
