How do I dial in a little more freeplay in the throttle on my 92 max?It just won't go back to idle unless I twist it forward a little more. It's only 200 rpm difference but it drives me nuts.

Loosen the jamb nut on the upper throttle cable. Turn the large "nut" in towards the grip (clockwise). It will let more free play into the whole assembly. Turning the other way would reduce free play. Then once you have it set tighten the jamb nut up again.

you might also need to check your grip and cable routing. i zip tied my cable to clean it up and ended up causing a bind. my bar end mirrors rub my pro grips a tad and has a little bind too.
