Tried to register and couldn't find stickers

I tried to get a VIN check on my bike today and couldn't locate the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) sticker. Apparently this is a sticker on the bike labelled with the VIN. I was able to find the Emissions sticker by dumb luck (inside where the tool bag is) and the engine number (still picking gravel out of my jeans), but no luck on the FMVSS sticker. Does anyone have a picture of this? Internet seems to imply it's on the frame near the steering column.

That's the only label, the one showing on the service manual is probably just the VIN# but for the US it may need the FMVSS disclosure hence the position is horizontally

On the right side where the sticker is if you peel the sticker off under the sticker the VIN number is stamped in the frame.
