Trying to ge the bike going. Having issues

Well, I got the tank all sealed up, carbs cleaned and put back in, vboost servo works, and all it needs now it to start! The thing cranks really good but when I go to use the choke to try and get it going it cranks slower and really struggles. Anyone know what could be going on?
