Two maxes meet their maker..

A quick ride over to Whangamata on my current 89 max and Met up with my old 2001 max . The 89 runs radials and emulators, the 01 still on stick rims and progressive springs.

Both bikes look good. That side by side gives a good perspective on how the different mods look, compared to stock. Even the fly screen makes quite a difference.

I prefer the non screen look, but the screen really helps. No buffeting, much less wind on chest.

Aesthetically I prefer the look of no screen as well but I ride mine alot and although it's small it does help alot. It's also nice to "tuck" under when drag racing at the top end, these bikes don't have a ton of hp anyway so you need every advantage you can get up top.
