Due to a recent bout of spam through PMs, restrictions have been put on certain users to be able to send PMs. You must have at least 3 posts before you can send PMs to other members. You will be able receive PMs but you will only be able to send PMs to the Administrators and Moderators of this forum. If you want to PM someone but don't have 3 or more posts, then PM either the Admins and Mods and ask to have your PM rights enabled. This should cut out the spam issue and show that you want to be a member of this forum.
