vapor lock

I know this is in the wrong section but I didnt wanna bump anyones brand new posts.... anyhow.....lately my max is vapor locking..... did it last yr so I changed the gas cap out and it still does it.
any ideas?

Check out this hose and make sure it isn't plugged up and the tip over valve works correctly.

Randy, I'm sure you checked the ground that was giving you trouble a couple years ago...right, on the coolant manifold?
when I pop the gas cap, you can hear the air release....put it back on and all's fine.

No...I don't think so! Just messing with you man....you been wrestling with this problem for a long time...it don't make sense...starting back up and all....:confused2:
