Remove left air scoop and look for a round plug. Make sure its plugged in and making good contact by plugging it in and out. Check the controller connection to make sure the controller is plugged in and getting voltage. If all these things are connected and making good contact, unplug the controller from (round plug) and connect a 12V supply to these 2 connections to see if servo motor runs. Reverse the 12V supply to operate servo motor to open and close. If servo motor runs, then most likely the controller is bad. Here is a drawing of where the 12V to round plug should be applied to make servo motor run, thanks to maleko89 for the drawing.
