Who is from Vegas? My family and i will be in Vegas mid. Feb. My son and I are thinking of renting a couple bikes for a day and maybe meet up with some Maxers to show us around.

I will be in mesa last part of january first part of feb. It looks like the rental with 300 to 350 miles will be about $225 with helmet and insurance. Im thinking about going for a one day ride. I was looking at the fjr 1300 and the goldwing 1800.

Guess that depends. My pops had a GL1800 for a couple years. After the first time I borrowed it, I refused to ride it again. Funny thing is my direct point of comparison was my Valkyrie Interstate. It means I'd be renting the FJR.
