Yeah. I know there was a holley setup that did work at some point. If I was gonna spend $400+ on carb stuff, I'd be getting some super clean ones from Sean or Danny.

Looks like a decently made unit. Not sure it would flow the CFM needed but would be great to test out.

there was someone recently on the Venture forum that made one just like that and used an Escort progressive 2bbl and says it worked great. Still awaiting some dyno and MPG figures.

I cant imagine that a single Solex would feed a Vmax. They did feed the VW's ok, stock ones with redline nowhere near a Vmax. I'm surprised they didnt at least use a Weber or Dellorto.
